Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
Expert in running Belgium Payroll and contingent for NL and UK Payrolls.
Collaborate with HR specialists and business partners to ensure seamless execution of HR transactions.
Assist in the development and implementation of standardized HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on policy interpretation and compliance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS
Generate regular reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators to support decision-making.
Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Work closely with Shared Services team members to escalate and resolve complex employee relations matters.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Shared Services HR function.
Collaborate with team members to implement enhancements and streamline HR processes.
Ensure HR practices align with legal requirements and industry standards.
Support internal and external HR audits as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Some years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on shared services or HR operations.
Proficient in HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. (specifically Belgium, training will be provided for other markets)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
