Interim Accountant

Functie omschrijving

Your tasks:

  • Teamlead for Finance and Accounting, Admin and Human resources. Reporting to local MD and Group CFO.
  • Compliance officer for Enraf-Nonius B.V. to ensure local rules and regulations ensuring that Group policies are implemented in close cooperation with Group Management.

Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping - Focus

  • Responsibility for the entire financial accounting and the preparation of the annual financial statements in accordance with Dutch law and, if necessary, reconciliation to German law.
  • Ensuring the proper booking of all business transactions and compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
  • Monitoring liquidity planning, financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Responsibility for the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements as well as the preparation of analyses and reports for management.
  • Implementation and optimization of accounting processes.
  • Preparation of annual planning.
  • Close cooperation with external partners such as auditors and tax consultants and the parent company in Germany.

General administration:

  • Management and control of administrative and operational processes in general administration.
  • Organization and coordination of office processes.
  • Optimization and further development of administrative processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implementation and monitoring of company guidelines, legal requirements and internal quality standards.

Functie eisen

  • Degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in financial accounting, accounting and human resources, ideally in a managerial position in a multinational setting.
  • Very good knowledge of accounting and international standards.
  • Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications (especially Excel) and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
